Dippy Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 Purely Organic eggs
- 4 Sourdough slices, toasted
- Butter
- Salt, Pepper
Method
- Bring a deep saucepan of water to a boil over a high heat. Add the eggs carefully, using a big spoon to protect the shells from cracking. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes. Fish them out of the water with a slotted spoon and put in your egg cups.
- Butter the sourdough toasts and cut into soldiers.
- Serve aside the eggs with salt and pepper.
